YOUR MISSION AS CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

As part of the Revenue Team, you will be in charge of Support and Help for the clients all along their journey with Kolsquare in order to maintain an excellent satisfaction and avoid clients from churning. 

You will assist the Customer Care Lead on daily worklife and projects about the Care.

Your job will consist of :

• Answering Support tickets and following client’s issues
• Monitoring Support activity and Client Satsfaction
• Assuring a Live assistance via chat
• Train the clients during their onboarding but also during their subscription to Kolsquare (weekly training, spontaneous training)
• Helping priorization and redaction of Help Center articles about “How To” and “How to become an expert with Kolsquare”
• Following processes and organization with Tech Team
• Participating to side projects in order to develop the Customer Care organization

This job is tailored for you if :

• You are fluent in English, knowing German or Spanish is a plus!
• You have a first experience in Customer Care or Customer Support
• You have strong soft skills: empathy, organized, self-motivated and autonomy, enthusiastic, open-minded, proactive
• You have a strong attention to your writing and talking as you represent the company through your messages and meetings
• You know how to multitask, multicontact and maintain good relationship with all the actors within our organization
• You love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing- This job is even more tailored for you if you already know how to use Zendesk.
