Job Description Summary In this role, you will be acting as first level support in Healthcare Digital Helpdesk for B2B customers. The employee will deliver first level support to our customers using case management tool and its capabilities. He/She will also do other activities related to Digital solutions provided by GE Healthcare. Preferred location to work from would be Logroño. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier worldJob DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesMonitor incoming incident cases and service requestsDo first level support to Digital solutions based on information in the casesFrequent customer communication about case statusEscalate cases to experts when neededCooperation over different functions within Healthcare Digital organizationDo small IT and other tasks like configuration and coding system updates to Healthcare Digital solutionsHelp to maintain demo environment for Digital solutionsQualifications/RequirementsSuitable for example to Master’s or Bachelor’s student in ITCapable to work around the year in office hours (Exact working time will be agreed with the selected candidate, GE will be flexible what it comes to studies in case a student is selected)Willingness to learn and grow in the roleGood communication skills and willingness to call customers to get additional information to cases.Willingness to actively take responsibilities of tasks in handFluency in Spanish languageFluency in Catalan languageFluency in English languageDesired CharacteristicsPrior customer facing experienceGeneral understanding B2B Digital/IT solutionsKnowledge of SQL and programming is advanceKnowledge of Server and client environments and their virtualization is advanceInclusion and DiversityGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
