An important part of your role will be liaising with a customer, distributor, or seller to get the service done, ensure the correct logistics, other set-up questions and managing any changes to the service.Here, within the customer set-up, you will be responsible for ensuring that sales queries are answered, based on the location and volume. You will utilize the dedicated tools to support sales with service cost and environmental impact calculations, support sales by providing service agreements based on findings from site assessments.You will also become responsible for maintaining collection trackers that record the collection weights of recycled hand towels, sharing a monthly collection report update with the sales teams and wider Right Cycle Team. Your exceptional English, verbal and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels. If you can understand Dutch or German, that would be a plus.You’re a learner, an expert, curious, and always looking for a better way to do things and willing to speak up when you believe in an idea.
