Responsibilities:

– Spearhead clinical research excellence by ensuring the success of clinical studies and maintaining meticulous document management in accordance with guidelines and regulations
– Collaborate closely with investigation site personnel and Clinical Research Associates to ensure completeness of the Trial Master File, supporting the preparation of essential documentation for clinical trials and ensuring regulatory compliance
– Act as a key company representative by upholding values and standards, contributing to department-wide tasks, and participating in initiatives to enhance process optimization

Requirements:

– Prior experience in clinical trial administration is essential, min 1 years as a CTA
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams, along with experience working with electronic Trial Master Files and a recognized structure for document filing in the industry
– Strong dedication to fostering a team spirit, fluency in English, and proficiency in additional languages are considered valuable assets
