- Support of the entire POC service portfolio performing IT installation, configuration, maintenance and support on assigned hardware and software products.
- Support the Country CS organizations in ensuring a smooth & successful implementation of all major POC projects and new product launches.
- Conduct Technical workshops for CS colleagues to share knowledge and increase the organization efficiency.
- Assure the operational performance through the respective CS Processes, incl. adherence of processes to standards and Service Quality System.
- Strong collaboration and partnership with Sales in the pre-Sales phase to develop best in class solutions and ensure their ease of implementation.
- Manage the relationship with Customer departments and 3rd Party providers to optimize the solution to offer and the implementation phase.
- Reinforce the professional project management approach in large projects.
- Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.
- Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.
Your expertise:
- Degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent working experience in Medical IT Company.
- Good knowledge of Laboratories Informatic Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Network System Design, IT Hardware, VPN software, Virtual Machine, Data Backup and Recovery, Software Diagnosis
- Preferred experience in Medical IT activities (1-3 years)
- Car License
- Resident in Milano Area
