JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and collaborate with CRM/marketing team, vendors and partners on the development and execution of CRM Campaigns, upselling, cross selling, churn and segmentation.

Drive campaign, segment strategies, and the execution to deploy customer interactions across direct and intermediate channels.

Experience in interpreting data analysis and working knowledge of campaign management software packages is crucial for the success of this role.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Lead, supervise and coordinate a big team of Targeting specialists located in different countries.

  • Prioritize and well manage the organization of activities across the team, including new brands that will be onboarded.

  • Identify the right audience/targets by addressing customers with relevant and personalized offers leveraging analytics and big data solutions across multiple channels (Direct Mail, Email, SMS).

  • Optimize audience size and selection criteria for effective marketing campaign collaborating with the different campaign teams using segmentation and available modeling.

  • IP reputation monitoring.

  • Responsible for the training of new colleagues.

  • Favor and promote the sharing of the best practices cross brands in the target identification.

  • Good management of main international stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.

  • At least 8/10 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong experience in managing a big team. Leadership skills – positive, confident and pro-active. Enthusiasm and commitment to other team members.

  • Strong technical knowledge of marketing platforms (IBM Unica, Oracle Responsys, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and good knowledge of relevant coding languages (SQL) and reputation tool (es. Everest platform/Return Path).

  • Proven analytical skills and proficient in interpreting data analysis. Good logic and thinking capabilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

  • Effective time management and proven capability to prioritize work load.

  • Strong problem solving capabilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • English Fluent.
