Since our public release in September 2023, we have experienced incredible traction growing for 0 to 10M+ active users. As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities (AI to AI conversations, group chat, AI chat & phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, AR/VR, etc.).

Your Role

Reporting directly to our CMO Thomas, this is what you’ll do:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to grow, engage, and retain the user base across multiple channels, focusing on both email and on-site CRM initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize email deliverability to ensure high inbox placement rates, troubleshoot deliverability issues, and implement best practices to overcome common challenges in email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, and Content) to plan and execute CRM campaigns, including customer retention, reactivation, and ad-hoc promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, measuring relevant KPIs to maximize customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a CRM roadmap aligned with the overall product and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure the company’s CRM strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM-related issues, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.

     

Your Qualifications

 

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM roles with a proven track record in managing and optimizing complex CRM strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of email deliverability, with hands-on experience resolving deliverability issues and implementing best practices.
  • Extensive experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., SendGrid, ActiveCampaign,…).
  • Proven expertise in both email and on-site CRM strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making to enhance CRM effectiveness.
  • Ability to create, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns that drive user engagement and retention.

Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)

Bonus points

  • Previous experience in challenging environments, such as adult content, dating, igaming, or other industries with complex customer dynamics.
  • Familiarity with additional CRM tools and platforms.
