We’re looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to shape how we connect with our customers and elevate their experiences across every touchpoint.This is the job:As the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, you will take ownership of the strategy and execution of customer retention and lifecycle initiatives. Your focus will be on driving measurable growth in customer engagement, revenue, and subscriber base through innovative and data-driven campaigns. You’ll collaborate across teams and markets to align CRM efforts with our global business objectives, ensuring consistent, high-impact communication strategies.You’ll work closely with the Customer Engagement team and report to the Head of Customer Engagement.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking CRM strategy to drive retention, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Build and nurture a high-performing, customer-centric CRM team aligned with business goals.
• Campaign Management: Lead the creation and optimization of email campaigns and automation flows, ensuring personalized and impactful communication through data-driven strategies.
• Collaboration: Partner with e-commerce, local, and global teams to align CRM efforts across markets, advocating for its business impact organization-wide.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.
• Insights & Optimization: Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, refine strategies, and recommend tools to enhance CRM effectiveness.

This is you:

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Expertise in customer behavior and lifecycle strategies within retail or e-commerce industries.
• Proficiency with platforms like Klaviyo or similar CRM systems.
• A data-driven, analytical mindset with strong campaign optimization skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, fluent in English.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

• Experience with tools for advanced data segmentation and personalization.

• Proven success implementing omnichannel CRM strategies.
• Background in team leadership or project management.
