  • Direct and supervise operations, ensuring efficiency and achievement of objectives.
  • Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative work environment where innovation and excellence are valued.
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities, leading initiatives that drive business development.
  • Act as the company’s top representative to clients and stakeholders, establishing strong and trustworthy relationships.
  • Promote an organizational culture oriented towards continuous learning, excellence, and constant improvement.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven previous experience in leadership positions and at least 5 years in team management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing CRM projects with complexity (multibrand, multichannel, and different levels of interaction).
  • Experience and knowledge in Marketing Automation platforms (preferably Adobe Campaign).

  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Non-conformist mindset with the ability to lead changes and transformations in the project.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact at a high level.
  • Strategic business vision and the ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
  • Very high level of English (C1)
