About You

Nutrafol is looking for a CRM Associate to join our Retention Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and collaborative with a proven track record of carrying out email and SMS campaigns.

In this role, you will report to the Email/SMS Operations Manager (Retention) and play an integral role in managing our email and SMS channel to drive repeat purchases. This includes day-to-day planning, building, and execution, including creative briefing, optimizing, reporting, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage campaigns, automated journeys, and audience segments within Iterable and Attentive

  • Serve as a project manager to support the execution of email / SMS programs

  • Implement triggered and personalized campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.

  • Strategize and establish rigorous A/B testing methodology (specifically with ad-hoc, promotional, or product launch campaigns) to drive incremental improvements in all aspects of email / SMS marketing efforts

  • Create and implement key email / SMS customer segmentation opportunities

  • Prepare reports that will surface important trends and campaign progress in relevant KPIs

  • Audit email/SMS marketing efforts to provide actionable recommendations to accelerate success or identify gaps in performance

  • Submit requests for customized lists and links for Retention email and SMS initiatives

  • Partner with creative and brand teams to create content specific to the channel

  • Effectively partner with external channel partners to deploy quality campaigns on-time

  • Monitor and report email and SMS campaigns to share performance insights

  • Coordinate and lead regular cross-functional meetings to manage the production and execution of campaigns from planning and creating to quality assurance (QA) and execution

  • Take a data-driven approach to all recommendations and insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working on email and SMS campaigns

  • Experience executing email and SMS within Iterable and Attentive and/or similar platforms

  • Deep expertise in building the backend and executing email/SMS journeys, including triggering custom events and effectively troubleshooting issues

  • Experience with reporting and web analytics tools

  • Analytical mindset and creative thinker – comfortable looking performance against core KPIs and assisting with optimizations accordingly

  • Highly organized with experience in successfully managing day-to-day operations

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with brand, creative, and external agency partners

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to pivot and adjust to changes to support business goals

  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs

Nice to Haves:

  • Ability to code dynamic emails in HTML for all devices

  • Experience in subscription services, health and wellness, or eCommerce space

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$70,000—$80,000 USD
