About the teamThe Centre team ensures underwriting excellence across our business. We help steer the business according to strategic priorities, we drive transformation of our tools and processes and extensively advise the global team.
We strive to enable the underwriters to strike the right balance between risk taking and gate keeping, with the client needs firmly in sight. For the leadership team, we are both sparring partner and challengers.About YouYou’re a self-starter, organized and able to successfully handle multiple priorities and deadlines, managing diverse projects and tasks simultaneously. You possess convincing interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relations in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment. You are pragmatic with sound judgment and excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Moreover, you excel at turning complex data into impactful visualizations for clear communication.
