Sensia is a global company, provides hardware, software, systems and petrotechnical expertise to automate processes and workflows in all segments of the oil & gas industry.We cooperate with many people all over the world, both internally: with local offices and externally: with the clients.Responsibilities:Responsible for collections and reconciling accounts on regular basis.Reconcile customer accounts to identify disputes, overpayments, generate journal entries and oversee offsetting of credits and debits. Provide overall customer service to assigned accounts in matters concerning their accounts receivable balance and dispute resolution.Communicate with product sales departments, branch plants, field sales, and service personnel to resolve customer disputes.

Exercise good judgment and decision-making skills involving payment arrangements on disputed items and/or write-offs.Classify past due accounts for monthly reporting to management.Make recommendations to management on accounts or items that are potentially uncollectible.Verify Bad debt reserve fileBuild and maintain good working relationships with relevant teams across a wide range of areas throughout the organization.Maintain accurate information within the system, in compliance with company policies.Support financial audit.Focus on achieving work group’s goals and strategies while balancing multiple demands and priorities.Cooperation in area credit limit availability and payment terms adjustmentsReportsImprovementsRequired qualifications:University degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent)1 year working experience in Cash Collection, AR or OtC department.Very good command of English (written & spoken)Working knowledge of ExcelProblem Solving and negotiation skillsGood communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Experience in a Shared Services and international environment would be an advantageWorking knowledge of SAP would be an advantageProactiveness and goal orientedWork type: hybrid workBenefits:Private Medical care (Medicover), Sport Card (Medicover), Group Insurance (Nationale-Nederlanden), Lunch Card (PLN 230/ month), MyBenefit account (PLN 60 /month), Christmas bonus, Holiday bonus, other allowances.We look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).📌 “We believe that employee diversity is a key element of our common future.
