In this role you will:

  • Proactively manage arrears, adhering to current policies and guidelines.
  • Handle amendments, updates, and cancellations of direct debit mandates with precision and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage the rental portfolio workflow, to maintain smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve customer payment enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and manage reschedules for live contracts in line with current guidelines.
  • Process and action customer refunds accurately and within requested timeframes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and dealership partners to optimise processes and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver month-end reporting with clear, actionable insights.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and participate in system testing for enhanced performance.
