Job Description:You are joining the Credit Risk Office team, reporting to the head of the Credit Risk Office team for Credit Risks at Natixis.On a daily basis, your duties include:

• managing credit committees and end-to-end credit risk activities including:

• Before the committees: preparing agendas and monitoring the preparation of agenda items;
• During committees: send alerts in connection with the committee secretary or co-chair;
• After committees, record minutes and organize their signing, storage and dissemination;
• Maintain a follow-up table of the files in committee and take charge of the distribution schedule of the various committees;
• Follow the emails to be processed and take charge of certain reports.
