Credit AnalystLodz – PolandCredit Analyst is responsible for Customer and Vendor Master Data verification, Customer Credit Line reviews, creation of process documentation, reporting and audit activities.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, analysis, and recommend customer risk categories and credit limits up to $150K USD
• Vendor data verification and risk approval in Lotus Notes (cooperation with other teams, communication with vendors, checking and analyzing data in system to prevent fraud) as well as data verification in SLP, verifying accuracy of data and approval in MBC/MDG workflow to mitigate risk
• Weekly, Quarterly, and Monthly Data extraction and reporting for NA and EMEA
• Audit and Ad Hoc analytical support for Risk Managers
• Updating and creating process related documents pertaining to data extraction
• Learning Power BI in order to create data-driven dashboards

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Associates in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting – nice to have
• 1-3 years experience in Risk, Finance, or Accounting within a global functional operating model.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to mitigate risk and prevent fraud; ability to analyze potential risk; ability to recognize fraudulent vendor master activity
• General Knowledge of Credit & Risk Procedures
• English B2 level minimum
• Ability to communicate with tact and also communicate negative information in a professional manner.
