Creative Strategist, Paris

A creative strategist is someone who has worked as an Art Director/Copywriter, Associate Creative Director or Planner across integrated advertising agencies, in-house creative teams and/or digital production companies. For this opportunity, we are looking for a Creative Strategist with a special focus on digital mobile marketing and communication to work across our portfolio of clients. Experience in e-commerce and performance marketing would add value to this application. You must have an appetite for experimentation and learning and should be passionate about shipping great work and come up with creative solutions leveraging our products and platforms. You’ll be tasked with inspiring and influencing how advertisers create and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and next set of our ad platforms. You are someone who can bring ideas to life with video, design and have a track record of developing and executing innovative digital campaigns. The right candidate should embrace the opportunity to use our variety of creative canvases and technologies to engage communities of people with richly crafted storytelling and experiences, delivered on the channels that matter most to our audiences. Most of all, we’re looking for people who want to make things that matter to billions of people who come to our platforms every day. Critical to the success of this role is the ability to collaborate with our global and local accounts teams, to be a team player who loves to work with a mix of people from different disciplines and culture but also comfortable to work independently, since prioritizing, organizing and managing one’s own projects is also an important skill. This is a full-time position based in our Paris (France) office.

Creative Strategist, Paris Responsibilities

• Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising
• Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients’ business
• Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways
• Develop holistic Meta solutions (including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) that drive the key business goals of our top clients
• Partner with other Creative Strategists, Sales partners, Product, Engineering and external agencies to make your and their ideas shine on Meta’ platforms
• Possess a strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to uncover new consumer behavior across various industries and platforms

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency both in English and French is essential
• 8+ years experience gained from working at startups, creative agencies, in-house creative teams, independent business or non-traditional content creators
• Working knowledge of performance marketing and experience in developing direct response creative
• Experience developing strategically grounded, insight-driven, creative applied in mobile, digital and offline mediums
• Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions
• Proven ability to bring an idea to life on a white board or presentation
• Able to Influence C-level clients
• Hands-on design and making skills – from video prototypes to assets mock-ups
• Storytelling and visual communications skills
• Experience with Keynote and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Automation affinity – an interest and experience with AI in general and GenAi in particular are preferred
• Have a detailed knowledge of the Facebook and Instagram platforms and their portfolio of products
• Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
