About the role :
We’re looking for a Creative Director – Performance & Engagement Marketing to join our In-House Creative Agency and help elevate Back Market’s mission-driven brand globally. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days on-site per week. As the first member of our Performance & Engagement Marketing team, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our in-house creative agency, working closely with an international team and reporting to the Executive Creative Director.
