Description Overview
We are looking for a project manager with a passion for creative development at. You will be leading creative projects on a Nordic level. In close collaboration with central marketing teams and local creative Hub you are the in the epicenter of all internal and external content streams & productions.
The position is a maternity leave cover and will be placed in our Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm. The role is part of the inhouse creative team called “The Hub”, where you work close with other expert roles such as Graphic Designer, Content Manager, Media Buyer & Social Media Manager.

This contract will run from January 2025 until March 2026.
Scope of the Role
• Be the local lead in centrally driven marketing toolboxes.
• Identify needs and drive the local adaptations & development to complement the toolboxes.
• Receive internal content briefs and distribute between inhouse resources.
• Act as creative bouncing board and map out content needs based on briefs.
• Own the overarching comms plan and scope for launches and campaigns to ensure a strong, coherent 360 approach.
• Work close with internal paid media team and external media agency to secure the toolboxes and inhouse content translate to the Nordic media plans and are delivered in time.
• Guarantee a clear link between brand and commercial initiatives for best possible executions.
• Be the go-to person and main responsible for storing & delivering content as well as managing usage rights.
Experience Required
• Minimum 5+ years of working with Project Management/Creative Development/Production Management, experience from FMCG, digital agency or e-commerce with a proven track record of delivering business results and driving brands.
• A passion for digital channels and how to develop best possible content based on platform and placements.
• Experience of working with setting, reading & following up on relevant KPIs.
• Well established negotiation skills and budget management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
• An entrepreneurial mind-set, with a curiosity to try new things.
• Strong business acumen with passion for delivering against performance metrics such as market share, penetration and sales.
• Team player with a willingness to support your colleagues and – wanting to grow together with us.
