Randstad Education wishes to appoint a cover supervisor who is enthusiastic, committed, and enjoys working with young people.
This role is available to commence as soon as possible.
You will cover classes in the short-term absence of teachers, who will provide work for you to supervise.

Responsibilities for the role:
* Manage and oversee classrooms while the normal teacher is not there Observe lesson plans and make sure students finish their given tasks
* Preserve a constructive and fruitful learning atmosphere
* Control pupil conduct and uphold school regulations
* As needed, give students help and guidance
* Discuss student development and behaviour with educators, parents, and school administration
* Make sure students are safe and healthy at all times
Requirements to be clear as a cover supervisor:
* Possess a minimum of six months of verifiable relevant experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
* Have the right to work in the UK
* 2 proven professional references
* Have a valid, enhanced DBS on the update service (willing to get one)
* Be a passionate practitioner with the desire to improve the educational outcomes for all pupils
* Have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Be able to support and promote the ethos of the school
