Fashion Retail Academy (part of Education for Industry Group)Electra House – London, Moorgate EC2M 6SQAbout the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced academic to lead our BA (Hons) Marketing & Communications for Fashion degree.The Course Leader will undertake the operational management, planning, organisation and delivery of a course, ensuring every student receives the highest quality of teaching, learning and feedback, successfully preparing them for roles in industry. As an expert in their field, they will advise and guide the Fashion Retail Academy on the latest industry changes, ensuring their course stays current and fit for purpose.About you

• You will be a subject matter expert, who is passionate about delivering a highly industry relevant and student-centred curriculum.
• Your specialist skills will align with the degrees the FRA offer, including expertise in Fashion Marketing and Communication, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Strategy.
• You will have advanced knowledge and previous experience of teaching and curriculum development within a Higher Education environment.
• You will have strong operational management skills and a good understanding of quality assurance and teaching and learning best practice.
• You will have excellent supervisory skills, and the ability to lead, motivate and collaborate with course team members to ensure the effective development and delivery of the module.
• You will have excellent IT, digital and data analytical skills.
• You will have a thorough understanding of safeguarding.
• Ideally, you will have a degree in Fashion Business, Marketing, Retail or Management or a related subject.
