Your Impact as Country Regulatory Manager:
Lead the regulatory strategy for Greece, influencing the authorization of plant protection products.
*
Coordinate dossier preparation and submission at country level according to Regulation 1107/2009 in cooperation with internal teams or external consultants.
*
Collaborate with the Regulatory Team to implement regional regulatory strategy, meet submission deadlines, and ensure timely product authorization.
*
Engage with regulatory authorities, CROs, laboratories, and organizations to support product registration and portfolio development.
*
Prepare prioritization lists of regional registration activities and coordinate related regulatory tasks for the assigned portfolio.
*
Manage approved budgets for projects.
*
Monitor changes in national legislation related to active substances and plant protection products.
*
Collaborate with country portfolio and product managers to identify required data and studies.
*
Work closely with local sales, distributor, and marketing teams.
Qualifications That Set You Up for Success:
Higher education in agronomy, chemistry, biology, or a related discipline.
*
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a country regulatory manager for plant protection products.
*
Strong regulatory expertise, including experience dealing with authorities and understanding national legislation.
*
Experience in the preparation and submission of regulatory applications.
*
Knowledge of risk assessment and experience with Regulation 1107/2009.
*
Experience preparing draft registration reports for plant protection products in sections B1, B2 & B4, or B5, B6, B7, B8, or B9 is a plus.
*
Excellent written and spoken English and Greek (MUST)
*
Self-motivated, able to manage complex issues, and prioritize workload effectively.
