Key Responsibilities
* Lead the registration process for agrochemical products in France, ensuring compliance with EU Regulation 1107/2006.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive registration dossiers to ANSES, coordinating with EU Regulatory Managers and Regulatory Scientists.
* Maintain strong relationships with French regulatory authorities, ensuring clear communication and smooth approval processes.
* Monitor regulatory changes at both the EU and national levels, adapting strategies to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and product development, to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
* Manage post-approval activities, including renewals, amendments, and compliance monitoring.
Key Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the agrochemical industry, with a focus on product registrations in France.
* Proven experience and existing relationships with ANSES and other relevant French regulatory authorities.
* Strong knowledge of EU Regulation 1107/2006 and its implementation at the national level in France.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with regulatory bodies and internal teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
