We seek a driven and motivated individual to continue developing the Indian Superprof market. Working directly with management in a freelance position, the role will cover the whole spectrum of the management and development of the company in India: steering the SEO strategy, competitive intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, and possibly the eventual management of a team. We have all the skills in-house, so the knowledge transfer will be straightforward.To develop business in the IN market:Define strategy and priorities (business model, acquisitions, objectives)Communicate about the project in the mediaManage the SEO strategy to improve Superprof IN’s ranking on search enginesManage the marketEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through email, telephone, and social networksHelp our tutors submit the best advertisements through photos and textsFacilitate contact between teachers and students – Adapt changes from the French site to the IN sitePreferred experienceExcellent knowledge of the country and culture of INFluent in Hindi and English, proficiency in French is a huge plusYou are familiar with the web, its culture, and its technical fundamentalsYou are proactive, reactive, and quickly autonomousYou want to work in a start-up, and you like working in a teamYou want to see a project through from start to finish and ensure that your market evolves and progressesYou like taking on big challenges, you’re curious, and you have a real desire to learnYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsRecruitment processA 15-20 minute telephonic interviewA video callA third video call might take place if further clarification is needed.
