The total employee population is ~100 employees.
You will be supporting the development of solutions and concepts in response to current and future challenges of their people agenda.You will be involved in overseeing policies and programs encompassing all areas of human resources; these include employment, compensation and benefits as well as organizational and employee development.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the business leaders and managers across all organizational levels on annual people plans, ranging from job levelling, talent management, performance improvement initiatives, retention management to succession planningDevelop and implement HR initiatives in alignment with the business strategy for the assigned units and the overall PerkinElmer and HR goalsImplement change management initiatives to advance organizational performance within a global matrixed environmentProvide coaching and guidance to managers at all levelsEffectively resolve employee relations issues within all legal and compliance guidelines and statutes, as well as PerkinElmer Leadership ValuesDeliver on the foundational HR activities including payroll, timekeeping, benefit administration, etc. to keep our various offices compliant with their respective legal environment.Requirements:Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human ResourcesMinimum 4 years HR experience in an international settingStrong employment law acumenDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships through all levels of the organization including executives, business partners, line operations and peers, as well as experience operating in a global matrix environmentHigh energy individual willing to get involved in all aspects of HR that can drive organizational change, talent development and bottom line growthAdvanced knowledge of Ms Office for work purposesKnowledge of previous people management systemEnglish & Dutch is an requirement.
