The role – what is it we would like you to do? 

As part of its growth and expansion, Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Cost Manager / RE Analyst in Treviso. Currie & Brown has been active in Italy since 2010. Over the past 10 years, we have helped both national and international clients implement their expansion plans in Italy in the hospitality and leisure, residential, commercial property and industrial sectors.

Your core duties will involve:

  • Due Diligence
  • Preparation and drafting of technical due diligence and real estate reports for existing buildings and new developments, on all asset classes with special focus on the H&L sector.
  • Analysis of cadastral, building and urban planning documentation, etc.
  • Drafting of VDRs, checklists and formulation of Q&A together with the counterparty.
  • Cost Management & Real Estate advisory services
  • Drawing up CapEx plans and budgets for new property developments or renovations.
  • Project & construction cost monitoring.
  • Preparation of business plans and analysis of real estate investments.
  • Drafting of feasibility studies of properties subject to urban and building development.
  • Supporting clients in investment analysis processes.
  • Analysis of the real estate market and monitoring of the main economic macro-trends (construction costs, inflation, etc.) with preparation of related periodic reports.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Extensive expertise in urban planning analyses and feasibility studies to identify the possibilities of transforming assets in the estimation of CapEx as part of valorisation activities or for the completion of development operations.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of reference regulations and technical-administrative building and cadastral procedures.
  • Extensive expertise in the field of technical real estate due diligence.
  • Good knowledge of the national real estate market, real estate investment types (Core, Value add, etc.) and different asset classes.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the main real estate valuation methods.
  • Master’s degree in real estate preferred.
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Economics.
  • In addition to Italian, excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Excellent computer skills: complete Microsoft Office package with particular focus on excel (business planning, modelling).
  • Professional experience in the Real Estate sector of at least 2 years preferably in international consulting, real estate valuation, SGR and/or real estate/asset management companies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams for complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Due Diligence
  • Redazione e stesura di Due Diligence tecniche e report immobiliari per edifici esistenti e nuovi sviluppi, su tutte le asset class con focus speciale sul settore H&L
  • Analisi della documentazione catastale, edilizia, urbanistica, ecc.
  • Redazione di VDR, checklist e formulazione di Q&A insieme alla controparte
  • Cost Management & Real Estate advisory services
  • Stesura di CapEx plan e budget per nuovi sviluppi immobiliari o interventi di ristrutturazione
  • Project & construction cost monitoring
  • Predisposizione di Business Plan ed analisi degli investimenti immobiliari
  • Redazione di studi di fattibilità di immobili oggetto di valorizzazione urbanistica ed edilizia
  • Supporto ai clienti nei processi di analisi degli investimenti
  • Analisi di mercato immobiliare e monitoraggio dei principali macro-trend economici (costi di costruzione, inflazione, ecc.) con stesura di relativi report periodici
  • REQUISITI
  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o Economia
  • Preferibile Master in Real Estate
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
  • Ottime conoscenze Informatiche: pacchetto completo Microsoft Office con particolare focus in excel (business planning, modelling)
  • Esperienza professionale nel settore Real Estate di almeno 2 anni preferibilmente in società di consulenza internazionale, valutazione immobiliare, SGR e/o società di gestione immobiliare / patrimoniale
  • Competenze approfondite nelle analisi urbanistiche e studi di fattibilità per individuare le possibilità di trasformazione degli asset nella stima delle CapEx nell’ambito di attività di valorizzazione o per il completamento di operazioni di sviluppo
  • Ottima conoscenza tecnica della normativa di riferimento e degli iter tecnico-amministrativi edili e catastali
  • Competenze approfondite nel campo delle due diligence tecniche immobiliari
  • Buone conoscenze del mercato immobiliare nazionale, delle tipologie di investimento immobiliare (Core, Value add, ecc.) e delle diverse asset class
  • Sufficiente conoscenza dei principali metodi valutativi degli immobili
  • Spiccate doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari per progetti complessi
  • Eccellenti capacità analitiche
  • Propensione al teamwork, orientamento al risultato e affidabilità
