We have multiple IST Cost Management opportunities and are hiring Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers/ Cost Estimators with proven experience of delivery in these sectors.Job DescriptionInterested in working for the world’s leading corporations, delivering their world class Construction projects?Turner & Townsend are seeking a Construction Cost Control/ Cost Engineering Analyst to work on major construction projects in the Chemicals, Industrial, Manufacturing, Data Centers or Pharma sectors.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial, cost elements, cost reporting
• Preparing estimates and cost plans to include producing and presenting the deliverable.
• Updating cost plans during design development.
• Drives cost reduction strategies and interfaces with local levels of management, customer finance and division finance
• Develop and model complex financials and make recommendations.
• Provides varying levels of advice and financial information to operational business groups
• Supports business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts that are consistent with the business objectives
• Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
• Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls/risk management, claims mitigation, budgeting and planning, pricing, cost, marketing strategies, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.
• Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems.
• Ensures compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies

Qualifications

• Experience in construction cost control/ cost engineering analysis, across Industrial, MEP, Data Center, Life sciences or other related sectors.
• Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree in Construction, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced level MS Excel expertise, Power BI, MS Teams, Ecosys, SAP
• Thorough working knowledge of Construction Project Controls, Cost Engineering, finance, accounting and business analysis.
