That’s why we need a Corporate Visits Specialist like you.MissionSchedule, coordinate, manage and execute internal and external corporate visits to the Grifols Museum and the production plants in Parets del Vallès, update corporate content and manage the booking of corporate rooms in the Jesús i Maria building according to the guidelines of the museum area of ​​the Corporate Communications department to contribute to the company’s reputation.What your responsibilities will be

  • Schedule, manage and coordinate internal and external corporate visits to the Museum and the production plants
  • Manage the schedule of visits in coordination with the rest of the company’s areas
  • Manage the schedule of visits with external visitors
  • Maintain the database of visits updated for monthly reporting
  • Guide groups of internal and external visitors through the corporate facilities
  • Carry out the visits by acting as a guide in the different Grifols facilities
  • Request the access services necessary for the groups of visitors
  • Attend and manage the programming of the corporate rooms in Jesús y María in coordination with other departments
  • Coordinate the request for services associated with visits or meetings with Travel, Security, General Services or Maintenance departments, among others
  • Manage the museum mailbox
  • Periodically update different corporate content
  • Annual update of visits content in the different buildings after the publication of results
  • Review and update other corporate content such as websites, onboarding materials, etc.

Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in guiding tours or giving talks to public
  • Used to speak in public within a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to manage large or simultaneous groups and problem-solving issues
  • Personal vehicle is required for this position
  • Spanish and Catalan Native Speaker
  • English Advanced level, fluent
