And do you thrive in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues from around the world?As Corporate Secretariat Assistant, you will have a broad organizational interface interacting with the Board of Directors, Executive Group Management and the senior functional leaders across the ISS Group. You will play a key role in delivering support on all aspects of the meetings and the work of the Board of the Directors and the Executive Group Management, as well as ensuring best in class corporate governance. This is a unique opportunity to build a strong network and gain first-hand experience of corporate governance in a truly global Nasdaq OMXC25 company.The position is a 1-year maternity cover, which will help you gain insight into various functions across the ISS Group and potentially lead to a full-time employment within one of the many Group functions.Location: ISS’ headquarters in Søborg, Greater CopenhagenLanguage: EnglishWhat you’ll do:
- Preparation and execution of Board of Directors and Executive Group Management meetings, including agendas, collecting pre-read material, minute templates, meeting invites, handling administrative, logistical and practical tasks
- Drive governance, including meeting structure, corporate calendar and Board annual wheel
- Coordination and alignment with Board members, Executive Group Management team and other relevant stakeholders
- Support the Board members on ad hoc matters as required, including induction programmes for new Board members
- Update of Board related documents and sites, Directors Desk, ISS website, annual report, etc. and support with the Annual General Meeting of ISS A/S
- Support the Corporate Secretary with various other tasks
Who you’ll work with:
- You will be working in the Corporate Secretariat, which is part of the Group Legal Function
- You will be reporting to the Head of the Corporate Secretariat
Key qualifications:
- University degree (BSc, MSc or MBA)
- Fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to proactively plan ahead and ensure a constant overview of activities and stakeholders
- Ability to independently and proactively manage own work, prioritize and navigate within the organisation to find the help and support needed to complete the task at hand
- Ability to work in an environment characterised by intense processes and short deadlines while still being able to prioritise, navigate and deliver high quality in everything you do

- Positive and service-minded attitude, flexible, agile, strong engagement skills and ability to collaborate with and manage stakeholders at all levels in the organisation as well as external stakeholders
