For an international leading global company specializing in innovative imaging systems, IT solutions, and green technologies we are searching for a Corporate Risk Manager. The company has a strong international presence, with an operations span over 40 countries, supported by a dedicated workforce committed to excellence mainly in the printing and healthcare sector.The Corporate Risk Manager will need to develop and implement a robust insurance and risk strategy. This role involves providing independent oversight of risk-taking activities, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and company policies.As a Corporate Risk Manager, you will:

  • Oversee global insurance programs, adapting them to the evolving needs of the business by adding new coverages and removing outdated ones.
  • Coordinate local insurance matters across various entities, ensuring standardized procedures are implemented worldwide.
  • Serve as the primary contact for our reinsurance captive in Luxembourg and maintaining strong relationships with the captive manager.
  • Act as the key liaison for internal stakeholders regarding insurance and risk matters, providing guidance to management and external parties.
  • Take responsibility for the insurance and risk budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key players in the insurance market, including brokers, insurers, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit to establish integrated risk management procedures across the organization.
  • Work with Human Resources to manage worldwide Global Employee Benefit insurances for employees.
  • Advise the Sustainability department on risk assessments in line with corporate sustainability reporting directives.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of Business Continuity Plans across various locations for enhanced effectiveness.
  • You need to hold a master’s degree in legal, economics, or a related field.
  • You should have 5-10 years of proven experience in risk management.
  • You have ideal an comprehensive understanding of major global insurance markets.
  • You should be able to integrate insurance expertise with a strong interest in our business and strategic objectives.
  • You need excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • You should possess strong negotiation skills, with the ability to reach effective conclusions and solutions.
  • You need a pragmatic approach focused on achieving results, combining academic knowledge with practical application.
  • You need to be open to traveling to various company locations as required (Asia & Amerika 1x a year)
