- At least a minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in real estate market
- Has successfully led medium to large real estate implementation projects
- Has worked in an international environment with different cultures
- Experienced in defining general real estate standards and KPI’s
- Extensive knowledge of CRE processes and markets
- Knowledge % Understanding of building operations and Facility Management
- Design & implementation of environmental measures and sustainability concepts.
- Excellent stakeholders’ management and relationships skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Academic background or studies in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Fluent in English – spoken and written
Your mission in the role will be:
- Advise corporate customers in their infrastructure needs and manage the relationship between all parties (landlord, facility manager, broker, etc.)
- Define and offer products and services to the customers
- Prepare proposals together with our Workplace specialist on new or adjusted office concepts for assigned countries and projects
- Proactively and regularly communicate with clients to effectively support them in their plans
and align them with their space and infrastructure requirements
- Prepare regular portfolio analysis and propose action plans to improve space utilization and total occupancy cost
- Plan and lead large real estate projects (engagement, development, adjustment, release)
- Coordinate external partners and specialists (e.g. real estate brokers, legal unit) to achieve the required results
- Ensure consistent delivery of high level of satisfaction (including real estate for special needs like customer care centers or data centers) for assigned countries and projects; this includes space optimization by applying different levers, e.g. new office concepts, consolidation of space, etc.
- Renegotiation of existing agreements based on current market conditions
- Calculation of business cases and preparation of decision proposals
- Alignment of Real Estate topics with Building Operations and Facility Management Services
- Design, implement and monitor environmental measures and targets in close collaboration with the local environmental officer and the local real estate manager
