Professionals that we empower to became leaders of change and to build meaningful careers.The RoleThe Corporate Market Access/RWE Consultant (cMARC) is responsible for coordinating both internally and externally the Global Market Access Value Projects, such as Early Access Programs and Innovative Programs. These projects include the generation of evidence relevant to payers, such as RWE, Expert Elicitation, Delphi panels, and more.The cMARC will support the Corporate and Regional Market Access Managers in the design, internal and external coordination, and completion of these projects to meet objectives and timelines.This position reports to the Corporate Head of Market Access, and is part of the Corporate Marketing and Market Access Department.What will the role do
- In close collaboration with the Corporate and Regional Market Access Managers, analyze and propose potential designs for the Global Market Access Value projects.
- Coordinate the project internally, ensuring that necessary approvals are obtained and that the internal team is informed and contributes to the relevant project aspects.
- Manage external project coordination, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met during the execution.
- Assist in engaging external Market Access stakeholders to design and implement projects.
- Support the preparation and is responsible of the execution of the communication plan for the projects.
- Stay updated on new techniques and trends, mapping the latest developments and outcomes in areas of interest.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of processes, tools and governance structures within the broader Market Access team.

RequirementsWhat you’ll need to succeedYou will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.You will rock at this role if you match with:
- Degree in Life Sciences or Economics with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consultancy, particularly in Value Projects and RWE generation.
- Understanding of Market Access and Payer requirements.
- Knowledge of methodologies for the generation of evidence relevant to payers.
- High ability to drive and implement projects, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to navigate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Change management skills and ability to negotiate at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytic, organizational, leadership and influence skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Self-starter with energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive can-do approach to challenges.
