We have always invested heavily in Research & Development and most of our efforts are focused on developing eco-sustainable and eco-compatible products.We are expanding the Corporate HR and Organization team in Milan and we are looking for a CORPORATE HR BUSINESS ANALYST.As CORPORATE HR BUSINESS ANALYST your main tasks will include:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Performance & MBO, and others as required.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to align with Corporate guidelines.
• Work closely with the subsidiaries to understand their HR business processes and challenges.
• Provide consultation and guidance on best practices in utilizing Oracle HCM solutions.
• Integrate Oracle HCM applications with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, Payroll, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM applications.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, addressing issues and optimizing system performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Oracle HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, Oracle HCM updates, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Skills & Competencies required:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
• 2-year proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions, especially Learning, Recruiting and Performance modules.
• Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. BI Publisher, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and workforce optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written).
