Due to some exciting growth, we are looking for a Deputy Managing Director to provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to Corporate Leadership Team and deputise for Managing Director as required.

This role will be key in contributing to and driving the implementation of the Corporate Practice Strategic Plan and is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional leader to lead a talented Corporate PR team.

This role will be key in contributing to and driving the implementation of the Corporate Practice Strategic Plan and is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional leader to lead a talented Corporate PR team.

Our new Deputy Managing Director will:

  • Oversee the corporate PR community

  • Drive growth organically across our top clients and through new business wins

  • Manage the forecast, recruitment, resourcing, training and line management of the department

  • Collaborate with internal teams across consumer, healthcare, creative, research and social and influence teams to drive a OneLondon approach

  • Develop campaigns that matter to clients and win awards

  • Coach, lead and mentor senior team members, actively supporting and promoting the agency, our values and our culture
