Robert Half is currently recruiting a Corporate Consolidation Manager to join a global company who is a leader in its field.Our client is located near Antwerp.As the Corporate Consolidation Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive financial consolidation processes for 43 global entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire financial consolidation process from beginning to end, ensuring timely and accurate reporting;
• Develop and implement monthly closing processes, consolidation policies, and procedures to streamline financial reporting;
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the financial data reported by entities;
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and confirmations, including applying consolidation postings;
• Participate in actual consolidation, as well as budget and forecast consolidation processes;
• Produce consolidated financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and the corporate team at the shareholder level;
• Assist in preparing the full IFRS annual report;
• Help maintain and implement accounting manuals and procedures (IFRS), providing guidance to ensure consistent application across all entities;
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors;
• Represent the finance department in various projects, staying informed about changes in the organization’s structure and activities;

You will report directly to the Head of Corporate Consolidation and collaborate closely with a team of finance professionals at the headquarters as well as with regional teams.The requested qualifications for this job include:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation, ideally within an international setting;
• Familiarity with preparing consolidated balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with IFRS standards;
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications; knowledge of consolidation software, preferably Tagetik, is essential;
• Fluency in English is required;
• Ambitious, hands-on professional eager to make a positive impact; a team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
