MEDG07739BrusselsVast2/26/25We are looking for a skilled and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to strengthen our team.The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications. You will be responsible for strategic communication planning, content creation, public relations, and brand positioning to enhance the company’s presence in the market.This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to develop compelling communication initiatives that align with the company’s mission and goals. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.

• Develop and execute a corporate communication strategy aligned with UBA Belgium’s goals.
• Manage external communications to maintain UBA’s reputation and enhance brand awareness.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of corporate messaging, including articles, reports, newsletters, press releases, etc.

• Work closely with UBA’s Experts on content.
• Align on planning and execution of social media content with UBA’s Digital Communications Manager.
• Act as the first-line press contact, managing media inquiries and press releases.
• Define and manage UBA brand assets, ensuring proper deployment and correct usage across the organization.
• Develop engaging content for UBA Belgium’s website, email campaigns, and other media in collaboration with the domain leader team.
• Coordinate print advertising, including media planning, design, and copywriting.
• Use AI and/or translation agencies to ensure high-quality multilingual communication (NL-FR-EN).
• Support the creation and maintenance of UBA’s brochures, from conception to print and distribution, ensuring availability of up-to-date materials.
• Develop and oversee media partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
• Make and monitor the communication budget, ensuring timely reporting and follow-ups.
• Oversee and follow up on communication-related bug reporting and platform support,

• UBA’s platform consists of CMS, CRM, email marketing, event platform, finances, etc.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication platforms.
• Analyze and report on communication campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support event communication and promotion in collaboration with the Event Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related fields.
• Ability to draft and execute 1 to 3 years communication plans, in line with corporate strategy.
• A creative mindset with a strong ability to craft compelling content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, with proficiency in French as a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience in media relations, press outreach, and corporate storytelling is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with email marketing platforms and basic content management systems is a plus.
