We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator for a permanent employment relationship. If you are a self-starter, organized and careful customer service person, you might be the person we’re looking for.

Scope of the Role

The duties of a Sales Coordinator include, among other things:
•    Customer service by phone and email
•    Entering sales orders into the electronic system
•    Processing SAP purchase orders
•    Creating sales sheets and order excels
•    Sales support and taking care of the sales cycle process
•    Organizing fairs and sales conferences
•    General office task and  the comfort and functionality of the office, such as ordering snacks and communicating with outside suppliers
 

Experience Required
-Commercial education is considered an advantage
-Fluent command of Finnish and English
-Genuine customer service spirit
-The ability to handle many things at the same time and diligence
-Positive, self-initiated and independent approach to work
-Good communication skills and ability to cooperate 
-Team spirit and a can-do attitude
-The ability to learn and internalize new systems and methods of operation
-Good IT skills, management of Microsoft Office programs
-SAP user experience is an advantage
