Description Overview
The Co-Ordinator Customer Service acts as a liaison between the end customer and the Company. Includes a series of actions aimed at improving the level of customer satisfaction.
Scope of the Role
-Coordinating various departments, 3PL, Accounting ,Credit and Sales
-Providing basic detail to customers on brand & SKU range
-Reporting relevant customer service KPIs
-Analyzing to customers the invoicing details (Pricing-Discounts)
-Downloading orders placed to CRM from Sales Department
-Communicating with Sales Reps. when amendment in orders is necessary
-Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
-Maintaining database of customer sales order,
-Developing knowledge about each customer’s business model and requirements.
Experience Required
-Experience in a similar position
-Degree (Marketing or a related field) will be considered an additional qualification
-Orientation and experience in customer service
-Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook & Windows.
-Excellent knowledge English language, spoken and written
-Ability to solve problems and manage any customer complaints
-Communicative skills
-Agile and ability to adapt to changes.
-Decision making/ ability to negotiate
-Team spirit
