Job description
Our client is a national railway infrastructure manager in Belgium, overseeing the maintenance, development, and safety of the railway network.The coordination of a team to deliver to our business partner what is planned in the scope of projects, adaptive and evolutionary change requests while adhering to the agreed budget and schedule.The development of a proposal before the start of a project or before the implementation of change requests. Detailed monitoring of the scope, schedule (using Jira, Program Increment planning) in collaboration with the ETCS Tools project leader (business side), and the budget of projects (consumption, Estimate To Complete, etc.).Monitoring the project SDLC methodology and generic processes (in collaboration with the ETCS Tools project leader on the business side).Daily management of the ICT part of the project team and monitoring compliance with I-ICT standards and quality. Regular contacts with the business PL to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Regular reporting to management.Organization and reporting of gate meetings and steering committees.Maintaining contact with technical and operational teams (Linux and Windows Infrastructure teams, service manager, ITA (Infrastructure Technical Architect), OCO (Operational Compliance Officer)).Monitoring incident corrections and documenting them in the internal tool.Participation in various scrum ceremonies and Program Increment planning.Executing quality package projects within a predetermined budget and timing as agreed with the business, involving the supplier, following a project methodology, and the release management defined at Infrabel.Ensuringthe maintenance ofpackageprojects.Completing the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and the necessary technical documents for Infrastructure and Operations teams (Wiki, Infrastructure diagram, etc.).Maintaining regular contact with suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of package projects.You have experience in request management with DTT.You are proficient in software development with Enterprise Architecture (EA), User Story Mapping, Confluence, MIRO, Draw IO, etc.You have mastery of project management tools such as MS Projects & PPM.You have experience in using data processing applications such as PowerBI, Office 365.You have experience in financial management, including cost controlling, technical analyses, budget management, invoicing, financial risk analysis and management, investment and operational budgets, accounting procedures, etcNational railway infrastructure manager in Belgium|Coordinator and Expert ICT
- You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in computer science or management.
- You have a minimum of 4 years of project management experience
