As Cooperative Support, you ensure optimal support for the Cooperative Board, the Director of Cooperative Affairs, and the Cooperative Affairs Management Team in various activities.Responsibilities
– Organize and handle the logistics for the monthly Cooperative Board meetings and periodic offsite events.
– Responsible for reporting on board meetings and maintaining the action and decision lists.
– Work alongside the Cooperative Office Manager and the Executive Assistant to the Company Secretary, you help draft and ensure the coherence of the annual plan.
– Organize and maintain the archives for various cooperative bodies, including systems like G-disk, Teams, and ibabs (an online meeting tool).
– Oversee the management of the Cooperative Support team.Requirement
– Possesses strong organizational and improvisational skills.
– Has an HBO-level working and thinking capacity.
– Is fluent in spoken and written Dutch, with proficiency in English and German being a plus.
– Is available for 38 hours per week, with mandatory availability on Fridays for meeting preparation.
– Demonstrates excellent proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
