Performance of tasks that are usually performed with some level of initiative and autonomy from the employee executing them. Always carried out under supervision. Direct report to the R&D & Project Controlling Team Leader.How can you become part of our success?Monthly reporting including deviation analysis for segment XE.Participation, preparation, and coordination of business plan (Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan).Preparation of reporting for all stakeholders.Handling of BU4 internal and corporate queries.Enhancement of reporting.Participation in special projects (M&A, Business Cases, shop floor management, etc.).Preparation of monthly result presentations.SAP support for global XE plants and R&D center.Understanding of global reporting tool (MARS) to support global plants and R&D center.What skills do you need?

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Controlling, accounting and finance background.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience.
• Spanish (C1), English (C1), German will be a plus.
• MS Office/Excel advanced.
• IT / software affinity
• SAP 4HANA knowledge desired (or similar ERP)
• Profitability and result driven
• Business / operations oriented
• Operational / plant controlling experience desired.
• Finance background desired.
• Team player / communication and organization skills
• Self-motivated
• Analytical thinking
• Intercultural open-minded
