- Proven experience as a controller, with expertise in German financial markets
- Proficiency in German GAAP and IFRS standards
- Strong financial systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Fluency in English and German
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the German market
- Ensure compliance with German financial regulations and corporate policies
- Analyze financial performance to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with teams across various regions to streamline operations
