Job Title- Facilities Contract Manager

Location- Leeds

Salary-GBP50-GBP55,000 plus car allowance

Are you a technically minded contracts manager with experience of PFI contracts?

We are proudly working with one the UK’s largest independent facilities maintenance companies. They are looking for a contracts manager with on-the-tools experience to oversee a large ongoing health care contract. You will be responsible for the contract delivery in a timely and cost effective manner.

Responsibilities;

* Be accountable for the operational management of the contract
* Manage a team of engineers to successfully deliver all works on time and within budget
* Carry our regular team reviews to measure deliverables
* Monitor site health and safety
* Manage HR issues
* Liaise with customers representatives and provide regular updates

About you;

* Qualifications in mechanical/electrical to similar discipline
* Strong technical knowledge of complex facilities and building services
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrable experience of managing a team
