An excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Support / Administrator in Chippenham/Trowbridge

This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive:

* Salary – GBP23,000 to GBP35,000
* Static, Chippenham/Trowbridge
* Mon to Fri, 40 hours a week
* 21+8 days holiday
* 5% bonus if targets are hit

Day to day Duties:

* Manage contract paperwork and documentation.
* Maintain contract records and databases.
* Keep track of contract timelines and deliverables.
* Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams about contracts.
* Monitor contract performance and compliance.
* Process invoices and handle financial aspects of contracts.
* Support in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
* Maintain confidentiality of contract information.
* Assign jobs
* Communicate with engineers
* General admin
