You will undertake your duties primarily on the construction site of a power plant. You will support Site Management and the Project Team in managing contractual issues relating to the customer, the consortia partner(s) and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for outgoing claims, developing effective claim strategies, supporting and preparing notifications and correspondence, and managing the negotiation and settlement processes.How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Understand practical implications of the contractual relationships for execution of a major energy project
  • Provide general advice and support to site management, project management, the supply department, and other project team members in executing customer contracts, consortia contracts, and subcontracts to secure the customer’s contractual rights and entitlements.
  • Analyze incoming claims, develop defense strategies, and support/prepare responses and correspondence.
  • Negotiate and settle claims effectively.
  • Collect and register all claims-related documentation in the customer’s claim tool.
  • Align claim risks and opportunities with the Contract Manager at least monthly.
  • Work on Siemens Energy sites.

What You Bring

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Engineering, Business Administration, or Legal field.
  • Strong understanding of contractual practice.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of power generation processes.
  • Project management or engineering background in mechanical, electrical, or I&C, with experience in contract and claim management.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Polish is essential.
  • Flexible approach with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Willingness to work on the project site.
