Refresh list, banners and content. Prioritize content according the revenue potential on the market.Follow internal procedures to create the assets in Rakuten in coordination with Operations, Acquisitions and Studio Providers.Programming and publication of assets in Rakuten platform according the Studio avails (New Releases, Library titles, series and Selection Content). Coordination with Distributors for content and licenses availabilityBriefing the layout of the content banners for the platform according the revenue potential of the moviesDatabase Content maintenanceAnalyze the titles performance and take editorial actions to improve the conversion rate on the platformSelect content and scheduling linear channels based on audiencesRequirementsFull professional English languageAdvanced Excel SkillsExperience in VOD/linear streaming servicesExperience using CMS tools and Studio avails.Methodical and organized approach to daily tasks.Process approach: ability to create and follow workflows in order to improve the efficiencyPassion for movies and audiovisual productions and special knowledge of Italian cinema.Problem solving skills and attention to detail.Must be comfortable interacting with different internal departments and external providersThe ability to work autonomously in a fast growth and changing environment.University degree required.Some good reasons to apply:Opportunity to work for a leading company and a global technology conglomerate.Flexible working hours and hybrid model.
