We’re scaling our team and operations worldwide to meet growing international demand.What impact you will haveThe Content Manager at Submer is a key position responsible for developing, managing, and executing our Content Strategy across various channels, ensuring it is aligned with our overall brand and business goals. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with strong project management skills, capable of leading content initiatives from concept to completion.This role combines strategic thinking with creative writing, ensuring all content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice. As Content Manager & Writer, you will analyze content performance to measure the success of our initiatives to gather insights. In this position, you will lead different brainstorming sessions across the organization to generate new content ideas and initiatives.What you’ll doContent Strategy Development:

  • Content Planning: Develop a Content Plan and a Content Calendar that outlines topics, formats, and publishing schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, audience needs, and competitor content strategies. Identify content gaps and opportunities.
  • Content Guidelines: Maintain and update content style guides to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and language across all materials.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align content efforts with product launches, sales campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Content Creation & Writer:

  • Writing & Editing: Produce high-quality content across various formats: blogs, articles, Press Releases, eBooks, WhitePapers, Use Cases, brochure, decks etc.
  • Content Updates: Regularly update content to ensure information is accurate, relevant, ensuring high standard of quality, always optimized for user experience
  • SEO Optimization: Use SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well in search engines. This includes keyword research, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking.
  • Content for social media: Write and adapt content for social media platforms to promote blog posts, campaigns, events, and product updates.

Reporting:

  • Content Performance Monitoring: Track website analytics to monitor how content performs (e.g., page views, bounce rate, conversion rate) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Goal Setting & KPIs: Establish clear content goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, audience engagement) and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Content Audit: Regularly audit existing content to identify what’s performing well, what needs updating, and what can be repurposed for other channels.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in content creation, content strategy, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with demonstrable experience in Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Jira.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and geographies.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to craft engaging narratives that drive audience engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (native level) and good working knowledge of Spanish preferred.
