You will bring a technical expertise for lifecycle management, development, and feasibility projects in nutrition R&D.#This is where your dedication drives success !What you’ll be doing :As the leader of the Container Laboratory team in Nutrition GBU, you coordinate all laboratory activities, test method validation, and 3D design/printing, ensuring the laboratory serves as the link between operators and requestors. You collaborate with other functions to develop evaluation and validation protocols for product development, critically analyzing and reviewing the data acquired. Additionally, you are responsible for screening new ideas and test methods for container and closure system development, adhering to quality systems and ensuring GLP/GDP compliance. To maintain a safe and orderly work environment, you ensure that laboratory equipment is up to date, calibrated, qualified, and validated on time. You apply people management and communication skills to guide and supervise team members in their tasks of responsibility. Finally, you maintain a high degree of scientific and engineering knowledge and reliably share information with team members to ensure the success of our projects.What you will bring :
