A Day in the Life

This is an exciting time for the Diabetes business with strong double-digit growth and a pipeline of innovative technology and services that are transforming the lives of individuals living with Diabetes. The Diabetes service team is right at the heart of the business transformation, with over a million patient contacts a year, delivering a range of proactive and support services directly to patients, operating in 50 countries and offering services in 26 languages.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Strategic Workforce Planning and Optimization:

• Executive-Level Performance Reporting:

• Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

• IT and Communications liaison

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Analytical skills, solid problem-solving skills, proficiency in all MS applications, but particularly in Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level

• Analysis and reporting in a Contact Centre environment

• High proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning systems (e.g., Verint, IEX, Nice CXOne, Genesys).

• Advanced analytical skills, proficient in data analysis and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

• Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, for executive reporting.

• Experience in a contact center role in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.
