Pernod Ricard is looking for a Consumer Insights & Marketing Effectiveness Intern for Martell for 6 months from January to June 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Your key missions:

  • You will unveil consumer & cultural insights to guide marketing strategy and support the development of main initiatives (Brand activations & communication campaigns, new product development, limited editions…)
  • You will help the Marketing Team analyze the impact & effectiveness of their initiatives and champion Data- and Consumer-Centricity across the business.
  • You will contribute to designing, implementing, and running consumer-centric analysis in collaboration with our affiliates abroad, to deepen our understanding of consumers in the Brand’s strategic markets, combining both traditional methodologies and new agile sources of data/analytics.
  • You will support Brand development projects (i.e. product development, communication, experiences, etc.) with consumer insights at all stages of the project, from strategic intent (embedding key trends & consumer insights to project briefs) to final execution (helping Brand Teams test their ideas and optimize execution with consumer feedback).

  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • A previous internship in a consumer insights or marketing/business strategy role, or consulting role is a strong plus.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have good business sense and are curious about customer behavior.
  • You have analytical skills and an appetite for digital and new sources of data.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
