Your analysis and advice will help departments and stakeholders in making the right decisions to improve business performance.You’ll be exploring three areas of the Insights & Analytics team; market understanding, brand tracking & positioning, and consumer research. You’ll be pivotal in linking our data with the marketing and product development work we are doing. This role will be partly in our European Shared Service Center in Arnhem as well as in Amsterdam. Hybrid working is also possible.Can you move minds?We’re looking for a Junior/Medior that has a profound interest in marketing, product development and data analytics. You feel comfortable with setting up and doing research, running data analysis, and advising internal stakeholders on next steps based on your insights.In this role you’ll be reporting to the Global Leader Insights & Analytics, and focus on:

  • Understand the various consumer audiences and market via desk research and other research methods
  • Gather and provide consumer and product feedback to internal stakeholders to improve future (product) development
  • Organize and conduct research, either doing it yourself or leveraging external partners
  • Explore new ways of doing research and analysis by exploring and using various Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
  • Run analysis and reports on various data sources such as brand tracking and competitor analysis.
  • Learn other people in the organization to become more data driven

What we’re looking for:

  • Analytical skill set (good with Excel, SPSS or Stata, knowledge of Python/R)
  • Turning numbers into a story – good PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Track record of working across multiple tasks and projects.
  • A University Bachelor degree at minimum
  • Junior/Medior experience – Between 1-3 years of work experience in similar or related jobs.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (surveys, focus groups, BI data bases, web-analytics, etc).
  • Previous experience with a BI tool such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc
  • Able to speak English on a professional level
